Lifetime Buy-Back & Exchange Policy
At Yaksha Jewels, we offer a Lifetime Buy-Back and Exchange Policy on all eligible purchases made from Yaksha Jewels.
The product, along with the original invoice and product certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchange based on its current market value, subject to applicable deductions.
Deductions may include:
- Making charges
- Applicable taxes
- ₹1,000 processing charge
- Any discount or free gift availed at the time of purchase (original value will be deducted)
Lifetime Exchange
- If you choose to exchange your product, the exchange value will be credited to your Yaksha Jewels account.
- This credited value can be used to purchase any other product from Yaksha Jewels.
- The exchange value cannot be encashed.
Jewellery showing signs of alteration or tampering by anyone other than Yaksha Jewels will not be accepted for exchange.
Based on quality inspection, Yaksha Jewels reserves the right to revise the value of the product with proper justification.
Lifetime Buy-Back
- If you opt for buy-back, the buy-back value will be paid via bank transfer.
- Payment will be processed within 15 business days from receipt of the product at our facility.
Determination of Exchange / Buy-Back Value
Current market value will be determined on the date of exchange or buy-back.

Important Notes
- Buy-back and exchange are not applicable on loose diamonds, baguettes, or tapered diamonds.
- Buy-back and exchange are not applicable on polkis, pearls, and coloured stones.
- Original invoice and certificate must be produced at the time of buy-back or exchange.
- Loss of certificate will attract additional charges of ₹2,000 or ₹800 per carat (whichever is higher).
- Products purchased from any source other than Yaksha Jewels stores or yakshajewels.com are not eligible.
- Any discount given at the time of original purchase will be deducted from the current market value.
- e-Points, rewards, or benefits used during purchase will be deducted from the buy-back/exchange value.
- For purchases made via EMI, any unpaid EMI amount will be deducted from the final value.
Shipping & Insurance
- Shipping and insurance for delivery to the customer are borne by Yaksha Jewels.
- Reverse shipping is arranged by Yaksha Jewels.
- Reverse shipping costs are covered under the ₹1,000 processing charge applicable at the time of return, buy-back, or exchange.
Changes in Policy
Yaksha Jewels reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on www.yakshajewels.com.
Any material updates will be clearly notified on the website.
