“Mounts” are jewellery designs that hold diamond(s) in place and may or may not contain diamonds. Customers may select Mounts and diamonds separately to create customized jewellery.

Loose Diamonds
“Loose Diamonds” are individual diamonds that can be purchased without being set in a Mount.

Trademarks

All trademarks, names, logos, and service marks displayed on this website are the registered or unregistered property of the website owner.

  • Customers will be charged the price displayed on the day of purchase.

Pricing variations may occur due to differences between estimated and actual finished product weight or diamond specifications. Any increase or decrease will be collected or refunded at the time of final sale.

Certain services are available only to registered members. Services are intended for customers purchasing jewellery or diamonds for personal consumption, including customized and ready-made jewellery.

Cancellation & Returns

  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund, subject to 1% payment gateway charges.
  • Orders cancelled after 24 hours will incur a processing charge of ₹1000, plus 1% payment gateway charges.
  • Customized orders will have making charges forfeited.
  • Individual items within a multi-item order may be cancelled separately.

Refund Mode

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment source
  • COD Orders: Refunded to customer’s bank account
  • Gift Card Orders: Refunded back to the gift card

Refunds under the 15-Day Money Back Policy may be credited to the bank or used for another purchase.

Applicable Laws & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan (Jodhpur).

As per Government of India guidelines, PAN is mandatory for purchases above ₹2,00,000 in a single day.

Free Gifts

All free gifts are treated as discounts.
In case of partial cancellation or returns, the refund amount will exclude the value attributed to the free gift.

Offer Terms & Conditions

  • Yaksha Jewels reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw offers at any time.
  • All disputes are subject to Jodhpur jurisdiction.
