Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your jewellery for a different size, design, or variant, you may request an exchange within the allowed time period.

• Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Original packaging and certificates must be intact
• Exchange allowed for size, design, or variant
• Return shipping for exchanges is free
• Replacement is dispatched within 7–10 business days after approval

Refund & Return Policy

We do not offer refunds. All purchases are final. However, defective items are eligible for exchange.

No monetary refunds are provided. Exchanges are allowed only for manufacturing defects.

How to Initiate an Exchange
